When will it ship?

- Our current production time is 1-2 weeks until your order is dispatched. (time may vary slightly)

Will I be charged now?

Yes. All pre-orders are charged as soon as the order is placed. If for any reason you should want to cancel, please do so before the window closes (Sunday 02.08.26 11:59pm BST), otherwise we will be unable to cancel your order.

Can I change my address?

Yes. You can change your address any time leading up to the end of production. You'll be unable to do so after the order has been dispatched.

Can I combine orders?

Yes. Order's can be combined, with non-pre-order items being dispatched as standard, with your pre-order arriving at the stated time.

What if there's a delay?

If there are any delays, we'll immediately inform you via email with an updated delivery time.

Hachiman operates on a monthly rotation of old, current and new drops. While not everything will be back on the site at once, hidden goods and legacy drops will often find their way into the rotation so be sure to keep an eye out!

Yes we ship to Europe, Australia and the US.

If you live outside these zones and would like to purchase an item, get in touch and we may be able to arrange delivery

Estimated delivery time on standard delivery is 2 - 5 working days

Orders can take up to 1-2 days to dispatch. Orders placed over the weekend may be dispatched the following Monday.
