In celebration of the 2025 Japanese New Year, we've brought back an old favourite in a new pastel colourway!


In Japan, the snake (hebi) is one of the twelve signs of the zodiac, originating from the Chinese zodiac system. People born under this sign are believed to be wise, intuitive, and elegant, with a strong sense of self-discipline. The snake symbolizes renewal and transformation, as it sheds its skin to grow. In Japanese folklore and culture, snakes are sometimes regarded as messengers of the gods and symbols of protection, prosperity, and fertility. The snake zodiac remains a meaningful part of Japan's traditional beliefs and astrology practices, influencing everything from personality predictions to New Year celebrations.
